ZipCity Privacy Policy
1. What we collectCompany details, the names and work emails of account admins, delivery addresses, order history and feedback. If employees opt in, their food preferences and allergies.
2. Who sees whatKitchens see your company name, the order and dietary counts. Drivers see pickup and drop-off addresses. Neither sees employee food profiles. Phone numbers are never shared: calls go through a ZipCity line.
3. Food profilesEach employee owns their profile. They can edit or delete it at any time, and it only feeds counts on orders their company places.
4. PhotosPickup and drop-off photos show trays, not people. They are kept with the order for 90 days, then deleted.
5. Retention and your rightsOrder and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Feedback is anonymised after 24 months. To export or delete your data, write to privacy@zipcity.app.
